What happens to the waste after it is collected?

We currently ask our clients to kindly leave a trash can outside for the waste to be dropped in.

Do you offer emergency waste management services?

Yes, we offer emergency waste management services to quickly and efficiently manage unexpected waste situations. Please call us at (704) 803-1750 for the fastest response. For non emergencies, you can call or email us at doggydooco@gmail.com. Emergency service prices will vary.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed once a month. You can choose your billing date for either the 1st or 15th of the month.

Do you sanitize equipment between each house you go to?

Yes, all of our equipment, and even our shoes, are thoroughly sanitized between each house we go to.

Can I choose which day & time you come?

You can choose the day we come. Clean up services are offered 7 days a week. if your day falls in a major holiday, we will reschedule you for the very next day. We will do our best to accommodate specific time frames, if it is needed. Otherwise, we will give you a three hour window of our arrival. We can let you know via text message or email as early as 24 hours in advance.

How will I know you left and my yard is clean?

We will send you a photo via email or text message (whichever you choose) of the yard clean and your gate locked as we are leaving your property.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! Refer a friend and get one free clean up after they begin a subscription with us. We have an unlimited referral program, which means the more friends you refer, the more free clean ups for you!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We require a 30 day notice from your billing date to cancel. You can email, text, or call this notice to ensure we have it in writing.
